The scent I want is out of stock. How often do you make new candles?

As we make our candles in small batches, scents often run out. However, we should release new candles in all of our signature scents once a month. For special collections and limited run candles, we may restock these less frequently. If there is a specific scent you are interested in, please contact us for more detailed information on when a new batch will be available or follow us on Instagram for news on upcoming restocks.

How long does my order take to ship?

51st Wick will ship out all ready-made candle orders within 3-5 business days following payment. You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking information once the package is in the mail. Custom collaborations or other customizations may take more time.

Where do you ship?

At this time we only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. and the District of Columbia.

What is your return policy? 

We value your satisfaction. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us for a refund or exchange. All items must be in their original condition and original packaging for a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping charges.

How long do your candles last?

With proper candle use and care, each candle will burn for approximately 40 hours, although there may be variations given the handmade nature of the candles.
